1. Nature of the Service and Delivery
EVCify Data Platform is a digital subscription service, not a physical product. Once your payment is successfully confirmed through the iyzico infrastructure, your Premium plan access is granted to your account instantly and automatically. There is no shipping or physical delivery process.
2. Right of Withdrawal Exception
Under applicable Turkish consumer protection legislation on distance contracts, consumers do not have a right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form and for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. Once your payment is completed and your Premium access is activated, you can no longer exercise a right of withdrawal.
3. Cancellation and Renewal
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation does not affect your access until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period.
4. Erroneous or Duplicate Payments
If you believe you made an erroneous or duplicate payment, contact us at support@evcify.com with your transaction details; your request will be reviewed and resolved through the iyzico infrastructure.
